On Day Wedding Coordination
You've planned every detail. On the day itself, let our team bring it all together, so you and your loved ones can simply be present and enjoy it.
On-The-Day Wedding Coordination
You've done the hard work
On-the-day coordination, sometimes called on-the-day or month-of management, is for couples who have planned their own wedding and simply want a calm, capable team to run it. You've chosen every detail. Our job is to bring it all together and take it off your hands when it matters most.
In the final weeks we learn your plans inside out, confirm every supplier and build a watertight timeline. Then, on the day itself, we quietly manage everything from the first arrival to the last dance, so you, your partner and your families can be fully present and enjoy every moment.
Packages start at €500.00 + VAT
How we look after your day

Final-weeks handover
In the weeks before your wedding, we sit down with you to go through every detail you've planned, then take the reins so you can relax into the run-up.
Supplier liaison
We become the point of contact for all your suppliers, confirming timings, deliveries, set-up and every last detail ahead of the day.
A detailed running order
We build a clear, minute-by-minute timeline for the day and share it with everyone who needs it, so the whole team moves as one.
On-the-day management
We arrive first and leave last, overseeing set-up, welcoming your suppliers, cueing each moment and keeping the timeline gently on track through to the send-off.
Your single point of contact
On the day, we are the person everyone turns to, guests, suppliers and the venue alike, so you never have to be the one answering questions.
Calm problem-solving
If anything unexpected arises, we handle it quietly in the background. Most of the time, you'll never even know there was something to solve.

A day that ran beautifully
We debated whether we really needed an on-the-day coordinator because we'd organised the wedding ourselves. Looking back, it was easily the best decision we made. Miriam and Wes were exceptional from the moment they arrived. They introduced themselves to every supplier, checked the venue setup, coordinated the ceremony, managed our timeline, kept the bridal party informed and ensured every transition happened without any stress. The biggest surprise was how many little things they dealt with that we'd never even considered. Guests with questions were directed to them, suppliers knew exactly where to go, décor was checked, speeches stayed on schedule and the evening entertainment started at precisely the right time. Several of our guests assumed they had planned the entire wedding because everything looked so effortless. We cannot thank them enough for giving us the freedom to simply enjoy our day.
Choosing Swish Soirées for on-the-day coordination completely transformed our wedding experience. Vicky and Wes worked together so naturally that every part of the day unfolded exactly as planned. They welcomed suppliers, coordinated our ceremony, organised the reception setup and quietly solved any small issues before we even knew they existed. Our guests commented on how relaxed we both looked throughout the day, and that's because we had complete confidence in them. Their professionalism, organisation and attention to detail were exceptional, and we genuinely couldn't have asked for a better team.
Our wedding included several ceremonies across the day, so having an experienced coordinator was essential. Miriam handled everything with professionalism and warmth, making sure every transition happened seamlessly and every supplier worked together perfectly. Our families were able to enjoy the celebrations without worrying about timings or logistics, and that meant the world to us. We would recommend Swish Soirées to anyone planning a destination wedding.
We honestly don't know what we would have done without Wes. He quietly managed everything behind the scenes, leaving us free to enjoy every second with our family and friends. Every supplier knew exactly where they needed to be, and the whole day felt effortless.
The morning of our wedding could have been stressful, but Wes immediately put us at ease. He was calm, approachable and somehow everywhere at once. By the end of the evening, we'd had countless guests asking who'd kept everything running so smoothly. Swish Soirées delivered exactly what they promised, and more.
We thought we could manage everything ourselves until the wedding day arrived. Thankfully, Vicky took care of every detail, from supplier arrivals to coordinating the evening reception. Everything flowed beautifully, and we simply enjoyed every moment.

On-day coordination
questions
What does an on-the-day wedding coordinator do?
+
An on-the-day coordinator takes over your wedding in the final weeks, then runs the day itself so you don't have to. We learn every detail of your plans, confirm your suppliers and build a detailed timeline. On the day, we oversee set-up, manage your suppliers, keep everything on schedule and quietly handle anything that arises, leaving you free to enjoy every moment.
What's the difference between a wedding planner and an on-the-day coordinator?
+
A wedding planner is involved from the very start, helping you find your venue, source suppliers and shape the whole event over many months. An on-the-day coordinator joins near the end: you plan the wedding yourselves, and we step in during the final weeks to confirm, coordinate and run the day. It's the lightest-touch way to have a professional in charge when it matters most.
Do I need an on-the-day coordinator if my venue already has a wedding coordinator?
+
It's a common question, and the answer is usually yes. A venue coordinator looks after the venue itself, its spaces, staff and in-house services. Your on-the-day coordinator works for you: we manage all of your suppliers, your timeline and your personal vision across the whole day. The two roles complement each other beautifully.
When should I book an on-the-day wedding coordinator?
+
As early as you can, ideally as soon as your date and venue are confirmed. While we only take over in the final four to six weeks, on-the-day coordination books up well in advance, especially for peak-season and destination weddings, so securing your date early is worthwhile.
What is included in your on-the-day wedding coordination service?
+
Our service covers a final-weeks handover of everything you've planned, full liaison with your suppliers, a detailed running order for the day, and complete on-the-day management, from overseeing set-up to cueing each moment and coordinating the send-off. We become your single point of contact and handle any hiccups quietly in the background. We'll always confirm exactly what's included when we put together your quote.
Will you contact and coordinate all of our wedding suppliers before the big day?
+
Yes. In the weeks before your wedding we become the point of contact for every supplier, confirming timings, deliveries, set-up requirements and final details, so nothing is left to chance and you don't have to chase anyone.
Do you create and manage our wedding day timeline?
+
Absolutely. We build a clear, minute-by-minute running order for the day and share it with everyone who needs it, from your suppliers to your wedding party. On the day, we manage that timeline gently and keep everything moving to schedule.
Will you attend and coordinate our wedding rehearsal?
+
Yes, if you'd like us to. We're happy to run your rehearsal and walk through the ceremony and key moments with your wedding party, so everyone knows exactly what happens and when, and the day itself feels relaxed and familiar.
Who is the main point of contact for suppliers and guests on the wedding day?
+
We are. On the day, everyone comes to us: guests with questions, suppliers with deliveries and the venue with queries, so you and your families never have to be the ones sorting things out. You simply get to enjoy the day.
What happens if something goes wrong on the wedding day?
+
That's exactly what we're there for. We quietly manage the unexpected, from weather changes and supplier delays to last-minute adjustments, handling it in the background so you can stay relaxed and present. Most of the time, you'll never even know there was anything to solve.
