Planning
→ Starts at €750 + VATEnd-to-end planning that takes your event from the first spark of an idea to a flawlessly delivered day. We shape the concept, set and manage the budget, source and book your suppliers, and build the timeline that keeps everything on track.
On-Day Coordination
→ Starts at €500 + VATA calm, capable presence on the day itself. We run the schedule, welcome and direct your suppliers, and quietly resolve anything that arises long before you would ever notice.
Venue Sourcing & Tours
→We shortlist settings that suit your style, budget and guest numbers, arrange the viewings and come with you to see them, then negotiate and secure the booking on your behalf.
Starting prices are exclusive of VAT. The rate of VAT applied varies depending on the country you are in, and we confirm it in writing with your quote.
