Finding a venue abroad is the part most couples underestimate. Photographs flatter, websites rarely list what is actually included, and it is hard to judge from home whether a place will hold a hundred guests comfortably or feel stretched at sixty. We look at venues for a living, and we have stood in most of the ones you are considering.

We start with what matters to you: guest numbers, budget, the part of the country you have in mind and the kind of day you want. From there we put together a shortlist of settings that genuinely fit, rather than everything that happens to be free on your date. We arrange the viewings, come with you where we can, and ask the questions that are easy to forget on the day itself: what the wet-weather plan really is, when the music has to stop, whether the price includes the things you assumed it did.

Once you have chosen, we negotiate and secure the booking on your behalf, and read the contract for the clauses that catch people out.

Then there are the suppliers. A venue is only as good as the people working in it, and we have spent years building relationships with caterers, florists, photographers, videographers, musicians, stylists and entertainment across Spain, the UK and the rest of Europe. We know who is reliable in August, who is worth the extra money and who turns up early. We make the introductions, gather the quotes and manage the correspondence, so you are choosing between good options rather than chasing replies.
